VehicleScore can show the standard equipment associated with the car’s specification. Enter the registration, pay £1.99, and the list is built from the specification we match — not from a walk-around of the car in front of you.

Know what the car came with as standard

Used adverts often mix standard kit with things the seller is proud of. A factory spec check helps you see which features belonged to that specification, so a “heated seats” line in the advert has something to sit next to.

It does not confirm those items are still on the car, or that they work. A previous keeper can add, remove or break equipment. For MOT status use the MOT check. For odometer readings use the mileage check. A valuation is a separate question again.

It describes the specification we can match from the registration. It is not a record of every accessory a later owner may have added.

Where the specification record includes them, the list can cover interior equipment, technology and audio, exterior and wheels, safety and security, mechanical features, and equipment packs that were standard.

The categories and the items change from car to car. If a feature is not on the record, we do not add it.

Some cars do not match: certain imports, very new vehicles, older cars, and specifications we do not hold. A missing list means we could not match it. It does not mean the car has no equipment.
